This web site is dedicated to memorializing some of the really stupid things that people and businesses have done recently. Examples that come to mind is Verisign's decision to capture all of the unresolved domain names, and the 3 brainless judges on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals who decided to put the California special election on hold for downright silly and insulting reasons.
